Service Description
Goalies spend countless hours developing their physical skills on the ice, but very few spend the same amount of time intentionally developing their mental game. The BiG Classroom Series is designed to change that.
BiG offers multiple online classroom sessions throughout the year. Topics align with the season and progress from preseason goal-setting and fundamentals, to high-level mental performance and playoff success. There's even a class for parents!
